Recognize, Evaluate, Resuscitate 

Welcome to the Recognize, Evaluate, Resuscitate (RER) Course, a dynamic and interactive program designed to build critical skills in rapid patient assessment, acute management, and team-based resuscitation. Through a combination of review materials, videos, and case scenarios, participants will strengthen their ability to recognize life-threatening conditions, initiate timely interventions, and lead multidisciplinary teams effectively during critical situations. This course emphasizes cognitive knowledge, procedural proficiency, and psychomotor integration to prepare healthcare providers for emergencies.
The aim of this course is to develop rapid recognition, organized resuscitation, and effective team management skills in acute care settings, empowering healthcare providers to deliver life-saving interventions with confidence and coordination.
 
Medical Management Objectives:
Apply rapid, organized, and evidence-based medical management protocols to stabilize acute cases, focusing on early recognition and timely intervention.
 
Resuscitation Management Objectives:
Lead resuscitation efforts by providing clear, concise instructions to the team.
Maintain situational awareness and effectively prioritize clinical tasks during emergencies.
Ensure closed-loop communication to enhance team coordination and minimize errors.
Foster a culture of mutual support, anticipating team members’ needs and adapting swiftly to evolving patient conditions.
Continuously reassess the patient’s response and modify the resuscitation plan accordingly.
